ANGEL AND ADDIE THE BEGINNING Copa Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays was a religion, in addition at Palladium's Latin Tinge till the crack of dawn. Through these treacherous months of two different styles, they made an agreement to listen to each others background and come to the conclusion that they needed to free their souls and just dance. They combined Angel's training with a performance style of Latin Jazz and Hustle with Addie's authentic and traditional style. This is where the exclusive technique of two individuals joined professionally to create a heart-pounding, groundshaking dimension of dance. This is where it all began. In 1989 Angel and Addie taught Club Style Salsa to a gathering of people called the Mambo Society. A group of about 400 people would come together on Wednesday's to learn to dance.
